Commencement Program Student Awards Listings
Attention, Academic School, Program, and Office Representatives
The Commencement Committee 2026 has begun planning for spring Commencement activities and student recognition. We invite you to recognize your outstanding students in our annual listings of student awards in the Commencement 2026 program.
Deadline
Monday, March 30 is the deadline for submitting student awards for graduating students.
You may submit your listings of Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Advanced Graduate Certificate awards by completing the Excel spreadsheet emailed to you on February 16.
Information requested on the Excel spreadsheet must include:
- Student’s name (first and last)
- Banner ID
- Student’s status (undergraduate/graduate)
- List all awards the student has received including this year
- Number of credits completed
- Anticipated graduation date (term and year)
Instructions are also included on the Excel spreadsheet for your convenience.
