Marchers with questions, please contact Academic Affairs.
Demonstrate your pride in your graduates! Participate in Commencement by marching in one or more ceremonies and plan to celebrate with your graduates and their families at the receptions.
Bachelor's candidates particpate by school (listed below). Faculty are asked to march in the ceremony of their school. Graduate faculty are asked to also march in the Master's/C.A.S. ceremony. All are welcome to march in additional ceremonies. Professional staff choose their ceremonies as best fit their relationships with their students.
Faculty and staff who receive personalized invitations from students to participate in their ceremonies, please complete and return your invitations to "Commencement" in CLEV 519 AND register online. A running list of marchers will be updated periodically, with a final posting after Commencement with special notation of marchers who received student invitations AND marched.
See Marcher Regalia.

PLEASE sign in for EACH ceremony in which you march. After signing in, proceed to your place in the lineup, indicated by a chair with your name on it. Put on your academic garb and leave any belongings on the chair or hang jackets, etc. on the coat racks provided. The faculty marshal will provide marching instructions, and the processional will leave the robing room 10 minutes before the ceremony is to begin.
